MARIAN SHRINE PILGRIMAGE

DBP Students Enjoy Feast Day Outing
On Friday, May 24th, the DBP community enjoyed a beautiful pilgrimage to the Marian Shrine for the celebration of the Feast of Mary Help of Christians! The day began with a beautiful Mass at the outdoor altar celebrated by Fr. Tim Ploch, SDB, General Councilor for the InterAmerica Region, and concelebrated by the Ramsey and Marian Shrine Salesian communities. Thank you to the DBP Chorus and Band for the beautiful music accompaniment!

After Mass, the students listened to a presentation from Mr. Jim White of Covenant House and then participated in a community service project assembling brown bag lunches for the homeless. The boys also had time for field activities before all enjoying lunch together in the picnic pavilion.
