Daniel "Rudy" Visits DBP
DBP welcomed Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger to campus Friday for the long-awaited Friday Night Cinema Under The Lights event. Rudy spoke to the audience about perseverance, determination, and about how to never give up on your dreams.
After his dynamic performance, Rudy signed autographs and took photos with the fans. Then the audience was treated to a viewing of "Rudy" on the video wall at the 50-yard line. DBP's own DJ Miggy (Mike Marian '20) supplied music for the evening, and the DBP Chorus began the festivities by singing a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem.
Thank you to the DBP Fathers' Club for supplying a great variety of food at the Shack, and the DBP Mothers' Guild for all of their volunteer hours leading up to as well as at the event. And to all of our sponsors for making the night such a success!
